Precautions for using general hydraulic monoblock Directional Control Valves

1. Before use, please carefully check whether the nominal pressure, nominal flow rate, and spool valve function of the Monoblock Valve meet the requirements of the hydraulic system.

2. During transportation, installation, and storage, do not strike or damage the exposed parts of the slide Hydraulic Control Valve.


3. The installation plate and bracket should be flat, the tightening force of the installation screws should be uniform, and the Multiple Directional Control Valve body should not be twisted.


4. When installing the control mechanism outside the Hydraulic Valves, ensure that the spool valve can move flexibly without getting stuck.


5. When installed on machines with strong vibrations, vibration reduction measures should be taken.


6. If welding is carried out near the Manual Valve, it is necessary to prevent welding slag from splashing and damaging the exposed parts of the O-ring, dust ring, and slide valve.


7. The working fluid should be clean, and the filtration accuracy of the fluid should not exceed 10 μ M. Maximum pollution level of engine oil: According to 19/16 of GB/T14039, the viscosity range of engine oil is 10-400mm2/s, and the temperature range is controlled at -20-80 ℃.


8. Install the inlet and return ports correctly. Prohibition: Pour high-pressure oil into the return port to avoid damaging the Section Valve body. The system pipeline should not be too thin to avoid increasing pressure loss and causing system heating.
