Advantages of Hydraulic Valves transmission

(1) Small size and light weight, for example, the weight of  Hydraulic Motor with the same power is only 10% -20% of that of electric motors. Therefore, the inertial force is relatively small and there is no significant impact when suddenly overloaded or stopped;

(2) It can smoothly and automatically adjust the traction speed within a given range, and can achieve stepless speed regulation, with a maximum speed range of 1:2000 (usually 1:100);


(3) Easy to change direction without changing the rotation direction of the motor, making it easier to achieve the conversion of working mechanism rotation and linear reciprocating motion;


(4) The hydraulic  Gear Pump and hydraulic motor are connected through oil pipes, and the spatial layout is not strictly restricted;


(5) Due to the use of oil as the working medium, the relative motion surface of the component itself can be self lubricated, with minimal wear and long service life;


(6) Simple operation and control, high degree of automation;


(7) It is easy to achieve overload protection.


(8) Hydraulic components have been standardized, serialized, and generalized, making them easy to design, manufacture, and use
