The disassembly and cleaning of Hydraulic Valves is the first basic process of hydraulic valve maintenance. For hydraulic valve failures caused by oil pollution or particle impurities in hydraulic oil, the hydraulic valve can be cleaned to eliminate the fault. Common cleaning processes include disassembly, inspection, and cleaning, rough cleaning, fine cleaning, assembly, and cleaning. The following is a brief introduction:

1. Demolition
Although the various parts of the Hydraulic Control Valve are mostly connected by bolts, the hydraulic valve is designed as non detachable. If there is no dedicated equipment or professional technology, forceful disassembly will damage the hydraulic valve. Therefore, before disassembly, it is necessary to master the structure of the hydraulic valve and the connection method between the parts. During disassembly, the positional relationship between the parts must be recorded.

2. Check the valve body:
Without damaging the surface of the valve core, use cotton yarn, brushes, and non-metallic scrapers to remove dirt from the valve core and other parts.

3. Rough washing:
Place the valve body, valve core, and other parts on the tray of the cleaning box, heat and soak them, then transfer compressed air to the bottom of the cleaning box, and use the stirring effect of bubbles to remove any remaining dirt. If possible, ultrasonic cleaning can be used.

4. Fine washing:
Firstly, use high-pressure cleaning fluid for positioning cleaning, and finally dry with hot air. Enterprises with conditions can use existing cleaning agents or organic cleaning agents, such as diesel and gasoline, in individual cases.

5. Compilation:
Assemble according to the assembly diagram of the hydraulic valve or the assembly relationship of the parts recorded during the disassembly process. Be careful not to damage the parts during the assembly process. The original sealing material is easily damaged during disassembly and should be replaced during assembly.

6. Cleaning:
(1) For dirt that has been deposited and firmly adhered for a long time, please be careful not to scratch the mating surface during cleaning.
(2) Pay attention to safety when heating. Some inorganic cleaning agents are toxic, and heating and volatilization can harm people. Therefore, caution should be exercised when using them; Organic cleaning agents are flammable, so pay attention to fire prevention.
(3) When choosing a cleaning solution, please pay attention to its corrosiveness to avoid corrosion of the valve body.
(4) The cleaned parts need to be properly stored to avoid corrosion or re contamination.
(5) The assembled hydraulic valve needs to pass testing before it can be put into use.

Properly repairing hydraulic valves not only saves on the cost of purchasing parts, but also temporarily maintains the operation of the equipment and the entire production line when there are no spare parts for the faulty hydraulic valve, which takes a long time. Long order time or equipment may be shut down for a long time.
