For example, if the discharge pipe of the Pressure Reducing Valve is connected to the main return pipe, the flow rate in the system's main return pipe will change at any time during operation, causing the pressure loss of the oil passing through the return pipe to constantly change, which will cause the output pressure of the pressure reducing valve to be unstable.

2. Some electro-hydraulic directional valves with neutral unloading cannot be reversed when the control oil port is not pre connected with the control oil separately. Therefore, for the internally controlled electro-Hydraulic Directional Valve, a pre pressure valve must be added at its P port or a back pressure valve must be added at the oil return port (the back pressure generated is generally above 1Mpa, and the back pressure value will be different for hydraulic valves of different manufacturers, specifications, and flows), And its external leakage port must be separately connected to the fuel tank. The control oil port of an externally controlled electro-hydraulic Directional Valve must be connected to a position that can always generate pressure above 1Mpa under various working conditions of the system.
